Applications for the Thrive Capital Summer Fellowship 2026 are now open. The Thrive Summer Fellowship 2026 is a unique opportunity for current college students who aspire to shape the future of technology, entrepreneurship, and investing. Designed to discover and develop the next generation of founders, investors, technologists, and researchers, this fellowship offers an unparalleled hands-on experience within one of the world’s leading venture investment firms.
Selected Fellows will spend 10 weeks during the summer of 2026 working full-time at Thrive Capital’s New York headquarters. Over the course of the program, Fellows will apprentice with specific teams across the firm—investments, operations, research, and partnerships—and take part in curated learning sessions, speaker events, and mentorship programs designed to accelerate personal and professional growth.

Benefits
- $40,000 grant to help offset junior year education costs
- Paid internship, annualized at $100,000 salary, from June to August, 2026

Eligibility

- Current college freshman, sophomore, or junior with US work authorization.
- Deep interest in technology and demonstration of exceptional ability.
- Demonstrates respect for others. Ethical and honest. Earns trust and maintains confidence over time. Does what is right, not what is personally or politically expedient.
- Ability to engage and clearly communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders and personalities. High degree of emotional intelligence. Capable of making a positive lasting impression with the Thrive team and our portfolio companies.
