Applications are open for the National Peace Corps Association (NPCA) Fellowship 2025. The Editorial Fellow will play a key role in producing and curating content across NPCA’s media platforms, including WorldView magazine, digital newsletters, our website, and social media channels. This is an ideal opportunity for a person with strong journalism and digital media skills who is passionate about storytelling, global issues, and the Peace Corps community.
Fellows’ responsibilities include:

- Research, write, and edit weekly news articles, feature stories, and profiles for WorldView magazine and NPCA website.
- Assist in planning, writing, and producing NPCA’s e-newsletters.
- Develop and maintain website content using WordPress.
- Create and schedule engaging content for NPCA’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
- Copyedit and proofread content to ensure editorial accuracy and consistency.
- Design ads, graphics, and digital media content using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Edit and prepare photo and video content for publication.
- Provide general editorial and production support to the communications team.

Eligibility
- Must be a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer
- At least 2-3 years of experience in journalism, editorial work, or digital content creation. (graduate students with relevant work experience and/or skills may be considered).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook).
- Experience editing photos and video content for online and print.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote team setting.
- Familiarity with the Peace Corps community or international service a plus.
