Eligibility

  • Applicants must be employed by a news media organisation in Africa;
  • Must be below age 35;
  • Must be below senior management level;
  • Must aspire to learn more about the business of news;
  • Must aim to be a future news media leader;
  • Must be based in Africa full-time;
  • Cannot be part of ownership.
