Deadline: September 26, 2025
The Kenya-UK PACT Call for Proposals for the Nature-based Solutions sector is now open. The UK Government is looking to extend its UK Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions (UK PACT) programme in Kenya with technical assistance and capacity-building projects supporting the Nature-based Solutions sector.
UK PACT is a key part of the UK’s technical assistance under the UK–Kenya Strategic Partnership (2025–2030), which outlines joint priorities across four pillars: trade, investment and green growth; climate and nature; science and technology; and security and stability. Under the climate and nature pillar, Kenya and the UK are committed to demonstrating global leadership on climate, nature, and energy – mobilising finance for adaptation, resilience, and mitigation, and supporting biodiversity conservation. UK PACT contributes to this goal by advancing Kenya’s transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy through clean energy scale-up, strengthened climate systems, green finance mobilisation, and nature-based solutions.
