Proposals are invited for the AFR100 Land Accelerator Africa Project 2025. The AUDA-NEPAD assisting African Member states to achieve this ambitious goal, AFR100 partners (AUDA-NEPAD, WRI & Fledge), launched an accelerator program called The Land Accelerator Africa program. The Land Accelerator is an accelerator program and curated network for entrepreneurs who restore degraded forests and farmland.
This innovative program offers a combination of mentorship, technical training, and networking opportunities, aiming to empower entrepreneurs to effectively tackle land degradation while promoting sustainable and profitable agricultural practices. The Land Accelerator currently operates on a cohort-based model with two phases:

- Phase One is three months of weekly training meetings with integrated mentorship and deliverable creation.
- Phase two is anchored by an intensive week-long workshop where the cohort meets in person, culminating in an Impact Day were the companies present to the public and investors.
Grant

- The Top 100 Land Restoration Entrepreneurs/Enterprises will receive USD $5,000 Innovation Grants from SIDA and AUDA-NEPAD to empower women and youth restoration entrepreneurs in the continent.
Eligibility
- Open to entrepreneurs who restore degraded forests and farmland.
- They should be based in Africa.
Application
Applications with the supporting documentation must be submitted by the 30th of October 2025.
