The NextGen Fellowship by Airtel & 3MTT is part of the 3 Million Technical Talent Programme — an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy, implemented by NITDA, and powered by partners like Airtel Africa Foundation to build Nigeria’s digital workforce.
