The AEMF is a 6-month intensive journalism training programme designed to strengthen reporting on Africa’s extractive industries. The fellowship combines:

Eligibility
- Early to mid-career journalists based in Ghana can apply;
- Reporters working in print, broadcast, digital, or multimedia platforms;
- Strong interest in extractives, climate change, energy transition, or sustainable development;
- Women journalists are especially encouraged to apply.
