1. Junior Resource Management Officer

The Junior Resources Management Officer supports the efficient monitoring, management, and certification of financial resources and project budgets in compliance with ICMPD’s regulatory framework and donor agreements. Under the supervision of the Regional Resources Manager (RRM)/Regional Resources Management Officer (RRMO), the role focuses on verifying expenditures, assisting with budget preparation and revisions, maintaining financial records, and supporting financial reporting and audits. The Officer contributes to the accurate utilisation of financial resources and ensures proper documentation to meet organisational and donor requirements. 2. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer 

Through the Migration Capacity Partnerships framework for the Mediterranean (MCP Med), ICMPD promotes joint leadership and shared responsibility to address migration challenges. Recognizing the skills and contextual knowledge of its partners, MCP Med adopts a capacity-driven approach to migration management at regional and national levels. As part of this, ICMPD implements the Regional Migration Governance Program (RMGP) to enhance migration governance in the MENA region, with a focus on Tunisia. The RMGP aims to maximize migration benefits, minimize risks, and ensure migrants’ rights are respected and protected, fostering a rights-based, sustainable approach to governance. In Tunisia and the MENA region, professionalisation is a cornerstone of ICMPD’s Strategy 2025.

3. Team Assitant Lahore 

ICMPD is implementing the EU funded project “Sustainable reintegration of returnees and improved migration management in Pakistan.” The action aims to foster an inclusive economic development in Pakistan by improving livelihoods, skills development and sustainable re-integration of Pakistani returnees, including from the EU and transit countries, thus contributing to the development of their communities of origin. The action will cover a wide spectrum of activities related to a sustainable, inclusive and gender-responsive reintegration of returnees, regardless of their status, allowing them to contribute to the economic development and welfare of their communities.

4. Project Manager (Vienna) 

ICMPD’s Silk Routes Regional Office implements an array of projects in Iraq, ranging from: Supporting information dissemination and awareness raising among potential, outgoing, and returning migrants and returnees in Iraq to promote informed decision-making. Pursuing to strengthen whole-of-government/whole-of-society and capacity building partnerships with governmental stakeholders to contribute to improved migration governance, including through training, technical and infrastructure support.  Supporting an expanded role and partnerships with Iraq’s private sector to enhance outreach to returnees and their referral to return and reintegration services.

9. Junior Project Officer (Istanbul)

Under the direct supervision of the Project Officer and overall supervision of the Head of Representation[MA1] , the Junior Project Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the ICMPD Türkiye Representation Office (RO) and the overall portfolios throughout various tasks. This position involves assisting with the implementation and coordination of RO tasks as well as project activities in alignment with the regulatory framework, standard administrative practices, and operating procedures of ICMPD. The Junior Project Assistant will help with new project development, knowledge management, activities as well as other assigned tasks. The role contributes to enhancing the capacity of the RO as well as development for all stakeholders and partners.

11. MRC Counsellor (Osh) 

MRC provide advice and information to potential, current and returning migrations on matters related to migration covering the whole cycle (from pre-migration to onsite to return and reintegration). S/he will work under the supervision of the Project Manager within the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Regional Office of ICMPD. The MRC Counsellor will be based in Osh, Kyrgyzstan.  In addition to the languages listed in the job profile (i.e. fluent English), Russian and Kyrgyz is a requirement.

Reporting to the Director General, the Senior Human Rights Advisor plays a pivotal role in advancing ICMPD’s strategic commitment to integrating human rights principles across its policies, programmes, and operations. The Advisor provides strategic guidance on mainstreaming human rights and strengthening organisational compliance with international human rights law. This role involves delivering expert advice, developing practical tools, facilitating capacity development initiatives, and ensuring harmonised approaches across ICMPD’s portfolio. The Advisor also monitors global and regional trends in human rights and migration governance, identifies opportunities for institutional engagement, and cultivates partnerships to enhance ICMPD’s influence and effectiveness in addressing migration challenges.  The Advisor collaborates closely with relevant functions and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.​

Through independent and objective evaluations, the Internal Auditor identifies specific areas for improvement or risk, assesses compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and pinpoints operational inefficiencies across directorates.
